Decision 1: CPA App Holds Client-Specific Work
CPA App is the home for Central Park Abuja specific documentation, project assumptions, and future customizations. ERP Boost should remain generic and reusable.
Decision 2: Business Unit Reporting Is Optional In ERP Boost
Business Unit reporting is enabled from Boost Settings so sites that do not need BU analysis are not forced to see extra fields and filters. CPA requires this feature.
Decision 3: Consolidated Reporting Must Remain Clean
Business Unit filters are for management analysis. Company-level statutory and consolidated reports should continue to work without BU filters.
Decision 4: Balance Sheet Splitting Must Be Intentional
P&L entries should normally be tagged by BU. Assets and liabilities should only be tagged when ownership or obligation genuinely belongs to a unit.
Decision 5: Allocations Need Documented Rules
If shared costs, shared assets, or central liabilities are allocated to units, the allocation basis must be documented before automation is added.
