Purpose

CPA App captures Central Park Abuja specific configuration, documentation, and extensions that should not live inside the generic ERP Boost app.

Goal

Enable Central Park Abuja to operate multiple business units in one ERPNext company while producing useful financial, operational, and management reports by unit and in consolidation.

Primary Users

• Management: consolidated and business-unit financial visibility.
• Finance team: invoicing, purchases, payments, assets, liabilities, and reporting.
• Operations leads: business-unit level income, expense, receivable, payable, and asset usage visibility.
• Administrators: setup, user access, approval settings, and master-data governance.

Initial Scope

• Business Unit reporting and transaction tagging.
• Sales and purchase transactions by Business Unit.
• Asset ownership and depreciation reporting by Business Unit where appropriate.
• Liability and payable visibility by Business Unit where the obligation belongs to a unit.
• Consolidated company reporting without losing unit-level detail.

Success Criteria

• Relevant transactions can be tagged with Business Unit.
• Reports can be run for one Business Unit or all Business Units.
• Shared or central assets and liabilities are handled consistently.
• Management can understand direct unit profitability without losing consolidated financial control.
